In the midst of growing up in Hawaii and moving to Washington we found ourselves looking for a taste of home, something to bring us back the Island and put a warm smile on our face.
Since we were unable to find a restaurant that really made the meals with traditional methods just like home we decided, why not us? So we set up shop to bring Hawaiian food to the states like it should be, we specialize in Saimin noodles (ramen) flown in fresh from Hawaii. No dehydrated noodles here!
Nothing brings you back to the island on a chilly Seattle day than a hot bowl of steaming noodles or you can try our variety of lunch items, including Kalua pig and cabbage with rice and macaroni salad & lomi salmon or how about Loco Moco drowning in brown gravy.
Whatever tickles your taste buds from the Island you can find it here at Saimin Says!
Spock you soon! Aloha and Mahalos
